Grief is not meant to be carried alone. Now more than ever, we need community spaces to grieve together, to reclaim our right to feel deeply and to remember that joy is not the opposite of grief, but its sacred companion.
Join me and my colleague Stella Wilkison, in this co-facilitated workshop, where we will honor grief as a gateway to deeper self-connection, meaning and joy. Through ritual, intuitive movement and shared reflection, we look to the healing power of the elements, and our own bodies, to provide a sacred container in which to move our personal and collective grief so that true, embodied joy can emerge – not in spite of loss – but because we have fully honored it.
