Psychic Readings & Energy Healings
Do you sometimes feel a little off and are unsure why? Are there patterns you repeat in life and just can’t seem to get them unstuck? Do you have physical tension or emotional pain that doesn’t resolve no matter what you try?
These could all be signs of an imbalance in your energy field, comprised in large part of your chakras and your aura. When our energy is out of balance it impacts our whole body - at physical, mental, and emotional levels. You don’t have to see or be aware of your energy field for these impacts to be felt strongly at some level.
When you sign up for a psychic reading or/energy healing session, I go into a conscious trance and take a ‘psychic look’ at your energy field, primarily via the seven layers of your aura. The different layers of the aura provide spiritual information and insights to survival instincts, emotions, creativity, sexual/sensual energy, power, self-esteem, boundaries, love, communication, clarity, and who you are as spirit and how your energy is in the moment.
Energy healing sessions are for your overall health and well-being and are tremendously healing. It is not about predicting the future or giving advice, but rather about helping to shed light on your deepest truths and connecting you more deeply with your own spirit and energy system in the moment. Imbalances may be healed in these readings as well, with your permission. After even just one session, you may start to experience mild to profound shifts in your perspective, your health, and your vitality. Energetic healings are sacred and can be very powerful.

Full Psychic Healing Package
If you’re looking for a deep dive and comprehensive experience to support your energetic wellbeing and healing, this package is for you.
Five separate sessions (completed over the course of approximately three months) will provide you with a wide-ranging set of energy healing sessions designed to assist you at multiple levels. You will gain information about the overall health of your aura (energy field), any energetic cords you may have to others and why, imbalances in your chakras, past lives ready for healing in this lifetime, and so much more.

Past Life Reading and Healing:
In a Past Life Reading and Healing I ask your Spirit to illuminate one or two past lives that have relevant spiritual lessons for what you are going through in this lifetime. This can help you to better understand patterns you have that don't serve your highest good and release the energy of these patterns, so you don't stay stuck and so you can transform aspects of your life.
Soul Retrieval:
Do you feel disconnected, purposeless, lacking direction in some area of your life, or never really feel like you fully belong. Have you experienced severe depression for an extended period of time, perhaps many years. These are all indicators that a Soul Retrieval may be a supportive and helpful healing session.
There are different reasons why a Soul Retrieval may be necessary, including: traumatic events (where the person still doesn’t feel back to ‘normal’); self-neglect; unhealthy coping mechanisms; and anxiety, insomnia, or deep fatigue where you’ve lost your reserves. In a Soul Retrieval session, I find where the missing fragment of your soul is and why it separated, and then we go through a healing process and reincorporate this part back into your being. People report feeling more whole and complete and like themselves after this type of session.

Full Reading and Healing
A full reading includes a seven-layer aura & chakra reading, an overall energy healing (rose reading), and sometimes a past life comes through for healing. By combining these offerings into one session you can go deeper into the different layers and levels of your energy field and receive spiritual information from a variety of perspectives. This provides an opportunity for healing on multiple levels.

Chakra clearing/balancing session
These sessions look at the health of your seven primary chakras. Just like the motor of a car, over time our chakras can become blocked or out of balance causing impacts to our overall wellbeing. In this session I scan for any blockages, tears, or in some cases where the chakra needs to be replaced. Each chakra will receive a healing to balance and harmonize the energy flow and ensure it is operating at the highest possible level for you at this time.

Intuitive Energy Healing Session
A general energy healing when you would like an open-ended session based on what is currently present in your life. I will use a variety of tools, techniques, or practices as intuitively guided. We may address such things as energy cords in your field, releasing stuck energy from trauma, clearing stuck memories, healing spiritual contracts & agreements with others, and more.
~90 minutes / $222
Integration Session
Offered for current clients, these sessions are for after a psychic reading or energy healing session. In these sessions we'll talk about what has come up since the session and how I can support you to integrate that into your body and your life.

Just as an individual needs healing for their auric field from time to time, so do relationships. For the optimal health of our relationships, it is important to maintain the energetic health of these dynamic associations. Without this type of support, we will continue to play out well-worn patterns, seen or unseen, many of which may not serve us well. In a relationship healing session I look at the energy of your relationship so you can have a deeper understanding of how interactions may be taking place at a subtle body level.
For the optimal health of our relationships, it is important to maintain the energetic health of these dynamic associations. Without this type of support, we will continue to play out well-worn patterns, seen or unseen, many of which may not serve us well.
Some reasons why you may want to have a relationship reading include: heightened understanding of yourself; improved communication; conflict resolution; insights into your relationship dynamics; and healing from past traumas that are influencing your current relationship, as well as support during challenging times, amongst others.
